History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. While she appears to be a normal Tabaxi, she's... not quite right. History: Millicent was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Warlock, to bring honor to her family’s name. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bellfounder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
