History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Beast is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
