History: Mumpena lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

History: Aelar was born the youngest of three triplets. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Sybil isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Elven unity. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Through the years after Sybil was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Sybil's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. A gifted student she started as a Marshal, but she got bored and became a Miner. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: Born in the south to a Dilettante, Kyle learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He tends to his Dilettante job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She takes great joy in being the best Barrister in town.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Barrister work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barrister work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. Some 10 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Sutha never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Volen liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She bought a bow and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
