Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is a great chef.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Miner. History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Through the years after Oskar was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Oskar's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
