When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Slave Trader hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Surina was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Surina's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. After a long history of fighting, Uthemar and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Ruler. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.

He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, giants burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying west to reunite her family. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Gaaki was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge.

Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.
