His moppish chestnut hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. A true patriot, Rael would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Stableman arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Roofer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a Roofer soon after.
