His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. Silvo enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Silvo reached his early adolescence his Halfling mother passed away.
