Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by goblins. Serpent was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the goblins.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Scribe. He has taken up work as a Scribe and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing dancing.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Ploughman they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Body Guard, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: He got into the Locksmith business at a young age. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Locksmith for hire.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Osco isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her divine abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers
