His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.

History: He was born into a rich family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Wiggan embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Through the years after Wiggan was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east.
