History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has never given up on her poetry dream.

Description: This younger middle-aged woman wears a pastel feathered hat and pastel clothes, and a wedding ring on her left hand. Her lavender fur is heavily combed to the left. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Shifting was raised in a hard working conservative environment. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and wants to work out more often

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Trym fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She was raised in a island tribe. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She became a Marshal soon after.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is greedy

History: Born in the west to a Shoemaker, Glim learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Driindar is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
