History: Born in the south to a Bricklayer, Varis learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He became a Bricklayer soon after.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sculptor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Being a Sculptor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and seeks redemption

Guy was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Mastema alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Efferil liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well.
