Description: This exceptionally lanky man typically wears grey cloth garments or leather armor. He has a chestnut handlebar mustache and slicked back chestnut hair. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Taklinn grew up listening to his father's many stories. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He was born in a small mountains village. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: To pay off his debts; and retire the richest man in the north

History: Born in the north to a Miller, Travok learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he's looking for his big break

She wears a Stetson hat to hide her balding. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep red.
Personality: In the realm of puns, she cannot help herself. She feels obliged to make them. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.
History: She got into the Dyer business at a young age. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Manea took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up greataxe and armor she uses now. She now owns her own business.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to end her boredom

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. She found a children's book about a Half-Elf Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. In her journeys she found a malevolent artifact. She wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she wants to meet her childhood hero
