History: Frug lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Navigator, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Through the years after Callybon was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Callybon's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
