History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Semyaza was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Semyaza's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Kite was born with his mother's beautiful face. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Ploughman. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Tordrid grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Personality: She is a Mortician first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: Anne was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Mortician. She now owns her own business.
