Personality: Burgell speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Born in the east to a Painter, Burgell learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and a strong sense of loyalty to half-orc people

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Seamstress hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
