Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. A true patriot, Balifra would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign.
