Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears baggy grey pantaloons and a blue scarf. His hair, while still mostly chestnut, has prominent grey streaks. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Guard profession.
History: Born in the west to a Courier, Chad learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. One day when Chad was young, his mother was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his mother dropped to the ground dead. His mother had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Chad was heart-stricken from the event, and his father started working long hours to provde for them. He struck the Courier job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and to unite with his sister

Personality: She is fixated on the number 1. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her father.
History: She was born in the south. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the south; and to protect her home

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: He was raised by priests from a young age. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Priest hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Brakka was born on a far southern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Miller. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Eberk was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Eberk was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Eberk decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Quespa's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is harsh and unforgiving.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. A freak accident while working with her Soapmaker father left her crippled. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
