History: Born in the east to a Bookbinder, Valafar learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. Recently the stress of being a Bookbinder has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. A true patriot, Mehen would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dragonborn conditions. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: The child of a Adventurer, who enjoyed hunting, Symma was taken on many hunting expeditions. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has achieved small success as a Cook.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Vlorn was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Vlorn fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: Marigold hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Marigold liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.
