Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He dresses in blue turtlenecks beneath a black coat with brown slacks. His hair, while still mostly chestnut, has prominent grey streaks. His skin is flawless and his violet eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Oppleby grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Oppleby. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
