Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Gifted from a young age, Valafar studied abroad. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and obtaining odd cultural tiefling artifacts is his passion

History: He comes from a rich western family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Dynamic was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: She would like to get married and retire; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: She is a Adventurer first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Adventurer for hire.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. After a long history of fighting, Dean and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is mildly Dragonborn supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dragonborns.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Bharash took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up shortbow and armor he uses now. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
