When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Fortune-teller they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Healer, and he later adopted a second son.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Halimath was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered north to less war torn lands. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
