History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Through the years after Keyleth was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Keyleth's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She hates giants. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. A true patriot, Tricking would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was born at the edge of vast island. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Description: He wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a dagger, but if one is not available he will default to his trident. His purple hair, when down, is lengthy. His eyes are likewise gold. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Nirgel was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nirgel fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
