History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Soapmaker mother left him crippled. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Soapmaker. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: She was born in a small plains village. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Courier. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she's looking for her big break

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Interpreter they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Cartwright, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and doesn't want to be a cartwright and was forced into it by her family

The war was a terrible time for her, and Neega does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and wants to work out more often

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with writing. She constantly tries to fill her life with writing. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: Born in the west to a Assassin, Richard learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
