Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Veloptima alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Veloptima fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it

History: Valanthe was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She worked as a nervous Jeweler and found it very stressful. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Jeweler for hire.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and expand her business

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: He got into the Laborer business at a young age. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has worked as a Laborer like his father before him.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Aelar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it

History: He was born in the west. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
