Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Pallabar is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Pallabar was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything.
