Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the west. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She was granted arcane powers by her dying brother.
