History: She was born into a rich family. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Heather grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Heather. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.
