Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Cockaby embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He uses divination through singing.

History: The child of a Courier, who enjoyed hunting, Boddynock was taken on many hunting expeditions. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Boddynock grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Boddynock. He's also a talented Courier, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Marshal. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 8 years.

Personality: Anne is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Architect arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered east to less war torn lands. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Emeny lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. While he appears to be a normal Half-Orc, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. After a long history of fighting, Ghash and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Hirrathak abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: Kellen was born with his father's beautiful face. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
