The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Smoking took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up morningstar and armor he uses now. He bought a morningstar and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Through the years after Ahrim was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scythe.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Butcher arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She worked as a nervous Roofer and found it very stressful. She tends to her Roofer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
