Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. His silver eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He enjoys reading and quiet.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Spice Merchant. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Spice Merchant and was forced into it by his family; and an old rival family wants him found

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His childhood dream was to be a Sage, but he was a colossal failure. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Description: He sports violet clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His silver hair, when down, is lengthy. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are violet.
Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Randal took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up rapier and armor he uses now. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Randal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she is dressed in an above average manner. Her brown hair is heavily combed to the left. She wears a mask on her face.
Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dwarf in existence. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Through the years after Liftrasa was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Liftrasa's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Liftrasa and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: She likes to wear brown tank tops with black skirt. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. Her fur is black, silky, and of moderate length. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. Spear is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: Spear lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While she appears to be a normal Tabaxi, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: Regain custody of her son.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: Tarhun was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Tarhun was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Merchant. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Gilbert was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Gilbert has worked very hard to control his curse. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When Anakis reached her early adolescence her Tiefling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and she loathes her own lifestyle

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: She is a Doppelganger in disguise. Through the years after Althaea was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Althaea's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Althaea fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to reunite with her old friends
