History: Shax was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shax fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Spice Merchant for the past few years.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her.

Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
