History: Bernard was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. History: Kerkad lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Kerkad alone in the world. Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She got into the Sailor business at a young age. Her first spouse was a Fortune-teller, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 9 years.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and an old rival family wants her found

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. History: She was born into a rich family. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Dyer they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Apothecary, and she later adopted a second son.
