History: Portia hails from a village terrorized by goblins. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
