Description: This man is very fat, and wears blue robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a greatsword, but if one is not available he will default to his scythe. He has a auburn handlebar mustache and slicked back auburn hair. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady brown eyes.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.
History: Born in the west to a Shepherd, Alston learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Shepherd.

Description: This woman is very fat, and is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured. Her beige fur is smooth and relatively long. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.
Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.
History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered music. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. After a long history of fighting, Lidda and her spouse have recently divorced.

His auburn hair is singed and shortened. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and money/treasure

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears a tight fitting tan shirt and pants. His hair is brown, silky, and of moderate length. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Seebo grew up listening to his father's many stories. He found a children's book about a Gnome Warlock who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Being a Marshal kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dragonborn artifacts is his passion; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with poetry. She constantly tries to fill her life with poetry. She disdains her fellow southerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her childhood dream was to be a Masseuse, but she was a colossal failure. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Crown-heir for hire.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: This tall, slender man is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He has a long chestnut beard with little hanging trinkets. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: Kelter hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his singing career. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Kelter was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Kelter's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has never given up on his singing dream.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has decided he is irredeemable
