Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, she wears a yellow tunic with tan highlights, and long grey pants that bunch up around her shoes. Her brown hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a card scrunchie. Her violet eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Mortician born in the past three hundred years. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.
History: Valanthe was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Valanthe took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up greataxe and armor she uses now. She now owns her own business.
Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and many gnolls want her driven away

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
