History: She was born on a small isolated farm. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Matilda took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up sickle and armor she uses now. She bought a sickle and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: Cressel was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Shifting grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Shifting. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
