Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she wears bulky tan painted plate armor. She wears a broad hat to hide her balding. She has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the west. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Her brown hair is singed and shortened. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, she wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty black coat over it. She wears her dark red hair down. Her red unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Painter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She would like to get married and retire; and she wants to get laid

Description: An older man who is wearing a long, white cloak, he is not a threatening figure. His long chestnut hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Corkitron's homeland. Corkitron decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He is greedy; and to prove his worth to the world

Description: With tan face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. His orange fur is still thick. His eyes are a pleasant blue.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born in the south. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He struck the Soapmaker job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and sabotage a competitor

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He wears a green cloak and cross-gartered black stockings. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His blue hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He has silver eyes and a green hat with a black feather.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and seeks redemption

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She sports violet clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. Her red hair, when down, is lengthy. Her green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She uses divination through singing.

History: Agnes was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. After coming to the age of reason, Agnes took it upon herself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Agnes fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she's repulsed by the pc

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Locksmith arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Koth was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To be a Roofer again; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
