Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by orcs. Mardred was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the orcs.

History: Born to a Courier, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

She found a children's book about a Half-Elf Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story.
