History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Gilkass was born on a far northern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Spy. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. Lorm is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: She is mildly Halfling supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the west; and she seems to be bored by most things

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Emerald was born with his father's beautiful face. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mason for hire.

History: Raer hails from a village terrorized by goblins. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He struck the Stableman job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and someone believes him a fraud

History: Mindartis was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His childhood dream was to be a Brewer, but he was a colossal failure. He tends to his Courier job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bounty Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Luthra and her spouse have recently divorced.
