Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Dragonborn, and stands approximately 6'1". She typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep green leather and dull black iron scale mail, and her gloved hand is found clutching a quarterstaff. She wears a broad hat to cover her moderate length scarlet crest. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines red.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Jaxi isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Dragonborn unity. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Jaxi grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Jaxi. Being a Tailor kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: Flame was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. Flame was born on a far western forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Crown-heir. Being a Crown-heir kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She found a children's book about a Halfling Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.
Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and to prove her worth to the world

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: He was born in the west. When Fonkin reached his early adolescence his Gnome mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt, marred by beers. He wears his golden hair up. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: Roland lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
