History: Decarabia lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tiefling conditions. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win.
