History: Ahvain was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

History: Born to a Baker, his father struggled to pay the bills. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He would ruin relationships and cause injury.
