Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His golden hair is braided into rings. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ulfgar grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Ulfgar abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. After a long history of fighting, Ulfgar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: She is a small woman, but exceptionally fit. She is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured. Her hair is brown and curly. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs; and wants to work out more often

She is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly warhammers and pickaxes. She wears a feathered hat to cover her moderate length silver hair. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines violet.
Personality: Althaea hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her music career. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Mercenary arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: Lance was born with his mother's beautiful face. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wants to work out more often

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright green and white, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His purple hair is matted, messy, and big. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep red.
Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Rimmon fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he loathes his own lifestyle

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now owns his own business.
