History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Priest. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Mella is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. A freak accident while working with her Junk Dealer father left her crippled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
