He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Vlorn was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Vlorn's homeland.
