Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
