Personality: He is a Carter first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. While he appears to be a normal Dragonborn, he's... not quite right. History: Valorean was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town.
