Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Portia embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Born in the north to a Baker, Caeldrim learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He found a children's book about a Elf Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. After a long history of fighting, Edge and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he is greedy

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: She was born into a rich family. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 8 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Alice never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Abalaba fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.
