History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Personality: Murgen hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her writing career. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Courier they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Sage, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She saw the violence of war and the aftermath so she converted to religion and dedicated herself to non-violence.
