He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born in the south to a Cartwright, Randal learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Kava liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kava fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
